In 2022’s “Imaginative Dumping”, I explore the wandering mind in abstract spaces through dream-like compositions. Exploring the absurd enabled me to not edit myself when making visually dense oil paintings. The cacophony of the wandering mind is demonstrated in abstract and inconceivable spaces. With these works, I am able to communicate an optimism where conflicting elements can coexist in a dream-like state of disjointedness. All paintings were created with no expectations of the end result, and built solely through immediacy and exploration.
